High Season: 05/07/08 to 30/08/08
Mid Season: 22/03/08 to 29/03/08 - 30/05/08 to 05/07/08 - 30/08/08 to 27/09/08 - 20/12/08 to 10/01/09 Off Season: 05/01/08 to 22/03/08 - 29/03/08 to 30/05/08 - 27/09/08 to 20/12/08 Prices include VAT- water, gas (summer only) and electricity - use of pool - bed, bathroom and table linen - final cleaning - use of communal space, kitchen and laundry. Prices do not include:
Total price: € 300. A deposit of € 1.000.00 must be paid on arrival.
Additional services are available on request. Stays: from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time: 4 to 7 p.m. Guests must check-out no later than 10 a.m. CLEANING POLICY:
For stays of over a week, an extra € 50.00 (for each apartment or cottage) is requested to cover costs of the cleaning service carried out once ( 1 ) during each additional week of stay. |
