Special rates for groups ( if you wish to book all the villa and cottages in our farmhouse )

High Season: 03/07/10 to 28/08/10
Mid Season: 03/04/10 to 10/04/10 - 29/05/10 to 03/07/10 - 28/08/10 to 25/09/10 - 18/12/10 to 09/01/11
Off Season: 09/01/10 to 03/04/10 - 10/04/10 to 29/05/10 - 25/09/10 to 18/12/10

Prices include VAT- water, gas (summer only) and electricity until 300kw- use of pool - bed, bathroom and table linen.

Final cleanings, € 300.

Use of the communal room and kitchen: on request.

A deposit of € 1.000.00 must be paid on arrival.

Additional services are available on request.

Stays: from Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in time: 4 to 7 p.m.
Guests must check-out no later than 10 a.m.

CLEANING POLICY:

For stays of over a week, an extra € 50.00 (for each apartment or cottage) is requested to cover costs of the cleaning service carried out once ( 1 ) during each additional week of stay.
