Prices include VAT, water, gas(summer only) and electricity, use of pool, bed, bathroom and table linen, final cleaning.

Prices do not include heating (based on consumption).

A deposit of € 150,00 must be paid on arrival.

Stays: from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in time: 4 to 7 p.m
Guests must check-out no later than 10 a.m.

CLEANING POLICY:
For stays of over a week, an extra €50.00 is requested to cover costs of the cleaning service carried out once ( 1 ) during each additional week of stay.
