Weekly rates for apartments and cottages
High Season: 02/07/11 to 27/08/11
Mid Season: 23/04/11 to 30/04/11 - 28/05/11 to 02/07/11 - 27/08/11 to 24/09/11 - 17/12/11 to 07/01/12 Off Season: 08/01/11 to 23/04/11 - 30/04/11 to 28/05/11 - 24/09/11 to 17/12/11 Prices include VAT, water, gas(summer only) and electricity, use of pool, bed, bathroom and table linen, final cleaning.
Prices do not include heating (based on consumption) and washing machine.
A deposit of € 150,00 must be paid on arrival. Stays: from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time: 4 to 7 p.m Guests must check-out no later than 10 a.m. CLEANING POLICY:
For stays of over a week, an extra € 50,00 is requested to cover costs of the cleaning service carried out once ( 1 ) during each additional week of stay. |
