Booking procedure BOOKING PROCEDURE:
1. Clients are asked to fill in the form or to send an e-mail to info@tregognano.com or to send a fax at +39 0575 45854, stating name, surname, date of arrival and departure, number of persons and contact number. 2. Forte di Tregognano will reply as soon as possible. 3. When informed of a suitable vacancy, the client will be required to ask Forte di Tregognano to carry out the booking. 4. Together with confirmation of the booking, Forte di Tregognano will send the client the necessary instructions on how to pay the required deposit – 20% of total cost of stay. Only on receipt of this deposit will the booking become final. 5. The remaining 80% of the cost of stay must be paid 30 days before the stipulated arrival date. CANCELLATION POLICY Should the client cancel his/her booking, for whatever reason, the following penalties will apply:- - Up to 30 days before arrival date: 10% of total cost of stay. - from 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% - from 14 to 5 days before arrival: 50% - from 4 days up to arrival date: 100% |
